France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship is open for 2025. The scholarship for the France Excellence Eiffel Program is now open for applications for the 2025 academic year. This initiative, offered by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aims to attract top international students to study at French institutions at both the master’s and doctoral levels.

The 2025 session of the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship targets seven key fields of study:

Benefits of the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship
- Master’s Level: Recipients will receive a monthly allowance of €1,181, plus direct payment for other services such as international and national transport, insurance, accommodation assistance, and cultural activities.
- Doctoral Level: Scholarship holders will receive €1,800 per month starting January 1, 2024, along with similar additional services. Note that tuition fees are not covered by this scholarship.
Eligibility for the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be of foreign nationality; French nationals or candidates with dual nationality (including French citizenship) are not eligible.
- For master’s applicants, those currently studying in France are ineligible.
- For doctoral applicants, those studying in France are eligible, but priority is given to students applying from abroad.
- Age limit: Applicants must be 27 years old or younger for master’s applications and 32 years old or younger for doctoral applications.

- Once accepted by the institution, they will support your application for the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship.
- The institution will submit your application via the Campus France platform. Direct applications from students or foreign institutions are considered ineligible.
