Fountain University Post-UTME/DE Admission Form 2025/2026; Fountain University, Osogbo—a centre of academic excellence and moral uprightness—is pleased to announce the commencement of its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) admission exercise. Prospective candidates are invited to apply for undergraduate admission into the university’s various programmes.
General Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission into Fountain University, all applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Minimum Age: Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
- UTME Score: A minimum of 150 in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is required for most programmes.
- O’Level Requirements: At least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or an equivalent examination.
Direct Entry Admission Requirements
Candidates seeking Direct Entry admission into 200 level must meet the following requirements:
- General Point Requirement: A minimum of 5 points from any recognized A-Level qualification (e.g., IJMB, JUPEB).
- Programme-Specific Points:
- Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS): Minimum of 7 points
- Nursing Science (B.NSc.): Minimum of 9 points
- Physiotherapy (B.Physiotherapy): Minimum of 9 points
Programme-Specific UTME Cut-Off Marks
Due to the competitive nature of some courses, the following programmes require higher UTME scores:
- Nursing Science (B.NSc.): Minimum UTME score of 220
- Physiotherapy (B.Physiotherapy): Minimum UTME score of 200
- Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS): Minimum UTME score of 170
