Who Can Apply? Foundation Polytechnic Post UTME Form 2025/2026
To be eligible for admission, you must:
- Have five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, plus three relevant subjects
- Score 130 or above in the 2025 UTME
- Choose Foundation Polytechnic as your first choice institution on JAMB
- If not, you’ll need to process a change of institution on the JAMB portal

- Follow the prompts to complete your registration
