About the Role
Buckler Systems is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily production processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met across the board.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Education:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is required.

• Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in production management are a strong advantage.

✅ Experience:

• Minimum of 3–4 years in a production management or supervisory role.

• Proven experience managing production lines, teams, or technical projects.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of production systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

• Ability to lead operations while maintaining high-quality output.

✅ Software Proficiency:

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).

• Experience with production or operations software is a plus.
