LinkOrg Networks Limited is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Fiber Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fiber optic network design, installation, and maintenance, with hands-on experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with fiber optic systems, preferably in an ISP environment

• Proficiency in fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting techniques

• Hands-on experience with fiber optic tools and equipment such as OTDRs, fusion splicers, power meters, and light sources

• Strong understanding of FTTH, FTTx, and other fiber optic network architectures

• Familiarity with relevant networking protocols, standards, and industry equipment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
