Job Details:

Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to formulate and refine the company’s strategic vision, goals, and objectives.

Contribute to creating long-term plans and initiatives for sustainable growth.

Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes.

Oversee tracking and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals.

Analyze data to assess strategy effectiveness and recommend adjustments.

Develop weekly performance trackers for all branches and SBUs, including mid-month and weekly income reports.

Offer advisory services to line management and supervisors on target execution.

Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with strategic objectives.

Develop and present oral and written reports, presentations, and feedback to management on relevant issues.
