Vacancy: Sales Representative – Skincare Brand (lagos)

Location: Ikate, Lekki
Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee online sales channels, including the company website, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Process customer orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
Update the ERP system and maintain accurate product listings.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Track and report weekly sales performance.
Support marketing campaigns and promote product upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in online sales or customer service (experience in skincare sales is an advantage).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.
Must reside in or near the Ikate-Lekki area.
