  Job Description:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and deliveries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Process sales orders, manage payments, coordinate deliveries, and provide prompt after-sales support.
  Maintain accurate sales records, track reports, file invoices, and follow up on leads and customer communications.
• Handle logistics, distribution coordination, and any related operational challenges to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to align sales strategies with ongoing projects and product offerings.
