Key Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass individual monthly sales targets consistently.

• Source and engage potential clients with tailored pitches for Pella Group’s services.

• Develop and execute smart strategies to drive and grow sales.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships from first contact to deal closure.

• Submit detailed marketing plans and sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.

• Collaborate with the team to create impactful proposals for potential clients.

• Identify and approach organizations for corporate pitches and presentations.

• Deliver excellent service that builds client trust and loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (real estate or similar industries preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-friendly.

• Familiarity with the Lagos market and willingness to work from your assigned branch.

• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
