We’re looking for a Remote UI/UX Designer with a strong creative vision and a solid grasp of user-centered design principles. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing, and impactful digital experiences, this role is for you.

Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at NovaSpark, you’ll collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to design intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You’ll own the entire design process — from research and wireframing to prototyping and final handoff — ensuring every product we deliver meets modern usability and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs and behavior patterns.
Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, user-friendly digital experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Develop and maintain design systems that ensure brand and visual consistency.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with global design trends, UX principles, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a similar creative role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your process, creativity, and finished digital products.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Sketch.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (a plus).
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Passion for creative problem-solving and crafting human-centered design solutions.
