Vacancy: Order Fulfillment Manager (Lagos)

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily order fulfillment operations.
Receive, schedule, and process customer orders efficiently.
Ensure strict quality control and timely dispatch of all orders.
Coordinate stock management and logistics activities.
Supervise team performance, providing guidance and resolving fulfillment issues promptly.
Oversee the movement of stock between the warehouse and fulfillment centre to maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or order fulfillment (experience in the hair or beauty industry is an advantage).

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic logistics coordination.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
