Are you a strategic Marketing Manager with a strong track record in sales, team leadership, and business growth? Do you have experience driving results in real estate or network marketing industries?

A fast-growing multi-brand organization with core interests in real estate, construction, and cooperative investments is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and sales functions across all subsidiaries. This role involves overseeing the Business Development Manager and aligning marketing efforts with company goals and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust, group-wide marketing and sales strategy.
Oversee the Business Development Managers and coordinate sales teams across brands.
Provide strategic leadership across both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Drive brand visibility, campaign execution, and lead generation across subsidiaries.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance of marketing and sales personnel.
Leverage data insights to improve marketing ROI and boost conversions.
Establish key partnerships and new business development pipelines.
Deliver regular performance updates and strategy reports to executive leadership.

Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
Background in real estate or network marketing is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Familiarity with network marketing models (e.g., PWAN, Oriflame, Forever Living, Longrich, etc.).
Proficient in digital marketing strategies, tools, and lead generation systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Must be available to work on-site or travel regularly to Lekki.
