Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Implement effective performance management systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and other relevant regulations.
Facilitate training programs related to contract management and performance management.
Handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR-related reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in a Human Resources role.
Professional certification from a recognized HR body, such as CIPMN, CIPD, or HRCI.
Completion of training programs in contract management, performance management, and Nigerian Labour Law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
