Saint Tees Empire, a distinguished legal firm, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Chambers (HOC). This pivotal role requires a seasoned legal practitioner with a proven track record in both litigation and corporate/commercial practice to lead our legal operations with excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the firm’s legal practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Provide strategic leadership in litigation and corporate/commercial matters.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
Mentor and guide junior counsel to foster professional development.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.
Master of Laws (LL.M) or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Minimum of 10–15 years of post-call experience with significant expertise in litigation and corporate/commercial practice.
Strong proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex priorities under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
