Stardom Hotel is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality African and Continental dishes
Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team to maintain excellence
Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relationships
Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus that delight guests

Requirements
Proven track record as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel
Strong expertise in African and Continental cuisine
Culinary degree or professional training is an added advantage
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
