The management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka has officially released the approved schedule of undergraduate fees for the 2025/2026 academic session. The new fee structure applies to all regular undergraduate students across various faculties and departments.

Breakdown of UNIZIK Fees for 2025/2026 Academic Session
According to the official release, fresh students (Year 1) are required to pay a total of ₦162,500 as school fees for the session. In addition, all newly admitted students must pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦65,000 before proceeding with registration and other clearance processes.

For returning students (from Year 2 and above), the approved school fee remains ₦95,000 across all levels and programmes.

      Details of the Fee Components
The breakdown shows that returning students’ fees cover key academic and institutional services such as:

      ICT Services
      Development Levy
Laboratory or Studio Fees (where applicable)
      Examination Fees
      Medical Services
      Students’ Insurance
      Departmental Dues
      Students’ Union Fees

For new students, additional one-time charges — including certificate verification, faculty files, and matriculation-related documentation — account for the difference in the total amount compared to returning students.
