      The U.S. Mission in Nigeria is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill multiple graduate-level positions across its offices in Lagos and Abuja.       Below are the available positions and requirements:

      1. Administrative Assistant – Lagos
      Employment Type: Full-time
      Education: Minimum of two (2) years of college or university studies in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Arts.
      Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, administrative, and secretarial work.

      Duties:

      Support the Supervisory General Services Officer in managing a wide range of administrative services.
      Provide oversight for International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) GSO structure across multiple U.S. government agencies at the Consulate.

      Requirements:

      Strong knowledge of office administration and accounting procedures.
      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
      Strong organizational and customer service skills.
      Ability to obtain and maintain a non-sensitive security clearance.

      2. Consular Associate – Abuja (2 Positions)
      Employment Type: Full-time
      Education: Completion of secondary school.
      Experience: Minimum of three (3) years administrative office experience, including at least one (1) year in consular-related work.

      Duties:

      Provide services to U.S. citizens and support consular functions in nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing.
      Assist with fraud prevention, investigations, and correspondence with external stakeholders.
      Requirements:

      Ability to secure and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
      Strong communication and organizational skills.

      3. Human Resources Assistant – Abuja
      Employment Type: Full-time
      Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
      Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in an office environment, preferably handling HR or administrative duties.

      Duties:

      Provide HR services to U.S. Mission employees, including training, performance management, and reporting.
      Handle administrative HR duties and maintain personnel files.
      Requirements:

      Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
      Proficiency in MS Office.
      Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust security clearance.

      4. Office Management Assistant (USEFMs Only) – Lagos
      Employment Type: Full-time
      Education: Completion of secondary school.
      Experience: Minimum of two (2) years clerical/office support experience (filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.).

      Duties:

      Provide clerical and administrative support to the Regional Security Office.
      Handle both classified and unclassified administrative tasks.
      Requirements:

      Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
      Must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

      5. Community Liaison Coordinator – Lagos
      Employment Type: Full-time
      Education: Minimum of two (2) years of college or university study.
      Experience: At least three (3) years in administration, program management, customer service, or public policy.

      Duties:

      Design and implement morale-boosting programs for employees and their families.
      Support crisis management, education, employment, and community engagement initiatives.
      Act as liaison between the U.S. Mission and its community members.
      Requirements:

      Strong program management and communication skills.
      Ability to plan events and provide effective guidance and referrals.
      Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
      Must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
