TikTok is rolling out a new feature that lets users share content from Amazon Music directly to the social platform, the company confirmed exclusively to TechCrunch.
With a new “Share to TikTok” button, Amazon Music listeners can post songs, albums, playlists, and personal listening highlights from their Insights page straight to TikTok.
For context, Amazon Music Insights is a personalized feature that gives listeners a deep dive into their music habits and stats. It includes Monthly Recaps highlighting top artists, favorite tracks, most-listened-to podcasts, and total listening time. With the update, users can now share these stats with their TikTok followers in just a few taps.
TikTok already supports “Share to TikTok” integrations with Spotify and Apple Music, and this addition expands its music-sharing ecosystem.
The move builds on TikTok’s existing partnership with Amazon Music via the “Add to Music App” feature, which lets users save songs discovered on TikTok directly to Amazon Music or other major streaming services.
For TikTok, the update makes perfect sense. Known for its chart-topping influence, the platform now offers even more ways for users to connect with their favorite songs, playlists, and artists, while giving Amazon Music fans a seamless way to showcase their listening habits to the world.
