🔹 1. Graduate Internship

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

🔹 2. Legal Trainee

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications: B.Sc./HND in Law (LLB or equivalent)

Role Summary:
As a Legal Trainee, you will support the legal department in conducting research, drafting documents, reviewing contracts, and ensuring legal compliance. You will gain practical experience in corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation matters under the supervision of senior legal professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, memos, and summaries

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and legal documents

• Support due diligence and compliance processes

• Monitor legal developments and update internal teams

• Maintain legal records, case files, and document repositories

• Attend internal meetings and external legal proceedings as needed

• Provide admin support — document formatting, filing, and tracking deadlines

• Work with other departments on legal compliance and risk mitigation

Qualifications & Skills:

• LLB or equivalent (Bar qualification preferred)

🔹 3. Maintenance Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil & Gas terminal operations

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities within the terminal are operating efficiently. This includes preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on pump sheds (WP and LPG)

• Monitor oil levels, coolant leaks, and ensure cleanliness of pump sheds

• Prevent product leakage in the tank farm through regular checks

• Maintain and inspect valves, electromechanical devices, and fire pump houses

• Grease valves, inspect diesel tanks, and check for any leakages

• Report equipment status every 15 days

• Respond promptly to repair requests and complete maintenance reports

• Assist in issuing permits to work and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)

• Identify at least two safety hazards weekly using the HIS form

• Comply with safety standards and report any violations

• Support general housekeeping and assist as directed by Maintenance Head or Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Power Electronics Engineering

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Sound knowledge of safety regulations

• Ability to work independently and within a team
