Ashluxury Limited is a premium fashion retail brand committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our Lagos store operations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in retail sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive leadership and corporate stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of retail KPIs, customer engagement strategies, and effective sales techniques.
