• Excellent communication and networking abilities—you’re confident presenting, training, and connecting with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven team leadership and motivational skills, with a knack for building high-performing teams.

• Solid project management and planning skills, with experience managing budgets and turning creative ideas into action.

• Deep understanding of the South East cultural and business landscape—beyond the surface level.

• A strong existing network or access to influential players and stakeholders in the region.
