OAU Announces Another 2022/2023 JUPEB Supplementary Date
Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) management has published the date for the extra JUPEB entrance exam for the 2022/2023 term.
The OAU JUPEB Supplementary entrance examination for 2022/2023 will be held on November 8, 2022.
Candidates that are interested in the position can still apply.

What Is OAU JUPEB About?
The University of Lagos recently established and coordinates the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB), a new Advanced Level examination organization. The program is essentially the same as the Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB), which is supervised by the University of Lagos and accepted by numerous universities in Northern Nigeria. Candidates who successfully finish the ONE-YEAR curriculum and pass the JUPEB tests will be granted Direct Entry admission to 200 Level Degree programs at Achievers University and other universities in Nigeria. Achievers University conducts comprehensive lessons in appropriate subject combinations in accordance with the JUPEB syllabus through highly skilled tutors in the following subject combinations: - BCP – Biology/Chemistry/Physics
- MGE – Mathematics/Geography/Economics
- EGL – Economics/Government/Literature-in-English
- GLR – Government/Literature-in-English/Religious Studies
- AEG – Accounting/Economics/Geography or Government
- CMP – Chemistry/Mathematics/Physics
- EGM – Economics/Government/Mathematics
- BEG – Business Management/Economics/Government
- ABG – Accounting/Business Management/Geography or Governement
Candidates who successfully complete this ONE-YEAR programme, after examinations administered by JUPEB, will gain Direct Entry admissions to 200 Level Degree programmes of Achievers University and other universities in Nigeria.
The Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) is a nationwide examinations body established in December 2012 by the Federal Government of Nigeria. A consortium of ten (10) partnering universities led by the University of Lagos formally created it in April 2014.
