Qualifications and Experience Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally within the agricultural or poultry value chain sectors.

• Proven experience in implementing donor-funded projects.

• Strong background in budget management, work plan development, and progress reporting.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with effective problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
