Strong project management skills, including:

Integration, scope, and schedule management

Cost, quality, and resource management

Communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management

Solid understanding of business operations, internal processes, and external constraints

Familiarity with cement operations and problem-solving within plant teams

Cross-functional knowledge and ability to collaborate with multiple departments

Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage both short- and long-term objectives
