Organization: BBC Media ActionBBC Media Action is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and deliver a high-impact media-for-development project focused on reproductive health and family planning. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the media and development sectors and demonstrate strong strategic, operational, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in both the media and development sectors, with a solid grasp of reproductive health and family planning programming

Demonstrated expertise in media and communication for social and behavior change

Proven ability to lead complex projects and effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Experience building and sustaining relationships with diverse partners, including government, NGOs, and media organizations

Strong budget oversight skills, including forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and performance tracking

Ability to see the broader implications of project results on organizational goals and strategy
