Pella Group, a rapidly growing real estate company based in Lekki, is seeking a skilled In-House Engineer / Project Manager to oversee construction and finishing projects across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a technically sound, detail-oriented professional passionate about quality delivery and effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction and finishing works with defined timelines and milestones.

• Supervise multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and quality expectations.

• Interpret technical drawings and resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Oversee material selection and finishing processes, including tiles, fittings, and paint.

• Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Lead site teams and ensure optimal productivity.

• Collaborate with procurement and quantity surveyors to manage project budgets effectively.

• Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver timely project status reports and engineering documentation.

• Recommend design improvements and cost-effective solutions.

• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.

• Conduct post-construction inspections and manage defect rectification.

• Suggest modern, sustainable construction techniques.

• Work with design and marketing teams to align project delivery with branding and sales targets.

• Maintain organized records and documentation throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.

• Proven track record managing residential or commercial construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory standards.

• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with precision.

• Strong leadership and communication skills for team coordination.
