Job Description
The Product Manager, Women’s Banking will lead the strategic development, marketing, and expansion of financial products and services tailored to women. This role will drive financial inclusion, deepen engagement with female customers, and position Polaris Bank as a trusted partner in women’s financial empowerment.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, innovation, and relationship-building skills to champion women-focused initiatives and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development: Design and implement strategies to expand women-focused financial products and services by identifying market opportunities, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment across product, digital, and retail teams.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with female entrepreneurs, professionals, and underserved groups. Lead programs that promote financial literacy and empowerment, while representing the bank at key advocacy platforms and industry events.

Marketing and Awareness: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote women-centric products. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to position Polaris Bank as a leading institution in women’s financial services.

Partnerships and Advocacy: Establish strategic partnerships with NGOs, women’s networks, fintechs, and government agencies to expand access to credit, support women-owned businesses, and drive financial education initiatives.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition, product adoption, and retention. Use data insights to optimize customer experience and continuously improve strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in banking, marketing, or financial inclusion.
Core Competencies:

Proven experience developing and scaling customer-focused initiatives, particularly those targeting women.
Strong understanding of gender finance, customer segmentation, and inclusive banking practices.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven decision-making and project management abilities.
