Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Manage projects and tasks with a proactive and resourceful approach, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate and execute tasks related to beauty, fashion, media, or event-related initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Qualifications and Requirements
2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in beauty, fashion, media, or events.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, and other basic business tools.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with meticulous attention to detail.
