Role Overview
Are you passionate about integrity and doing what’s right? Reckitt is looking for an Ethics & Compliance Manager—someone with a strong moral compass, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of ethical business practices. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in making sure Reckitt stays compliant with laws, regulations, and ethical standards across all levels of the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
As the Ethics & Compliance Manager, you will:

Design and manage strong ethics and compliance programs aligned with global legal and regulatory requirements.

Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify and address any risks or gaps.

Train employees to understand and uphold ethical and legal standards.

Lead investigations into any reported misconduct and ensure proper resolution.

Work with various departments (Legal, Audit, HR, Finance, etc.) to promote a culture of compliance.

Keep policies updated in line with changing laws and regulations.

Serve as the voice of ethical conduct across the business.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with:

Solid experience in ethics, compliance, or legal roles—preferably in corporate settings.

Strong knowledge of global compliance standards, including anti-bribery/anti-corruption regulations.

Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

Clear communication skills—you can explain complex legal matters in a simple, relatable way.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in data analysis and making presentations is a plus.

A continuous improvement mindset—always seeking ways to do things better.

A legal background (qualified lawyer) is highly desirable.
