You will report to the B2B Deployment Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, effective training, and alignment with strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities
Implementation SupportCollaborate with the B2B Deployment Manager to execute deployment plans for the B2B eCommerce platform.
Provide hands-on support during rollout, assisting local Business Development (BD) teams and Line Managers.
Troubleshoot deployment-related challenges on-site.
Training and DevelopmentAssist in training Account Managers on digital tools and processes.
Support onboarding sessions for Line Managers and BD teams, ensuring engagement and operational readiness.
Feedback AnalysisGather feedback from customers and BD teams throughout rollout phases.
Analyze data with the B2B Deployment Manager to generate insights for continuous improvement.Customer Onboarding Assistance
Partner with the Sales and Deployment teams to select customers for onboarding and schedule rollout visits.
Track and report on deployment progress to ensure transparency and alignment.
Adaptation to Digital TrendsStay informed on evolving digital trends and their implications for deployment strategies.
Recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
Collaboration and CommunicationMaintain consistent communication with the B2B Deployment Lead and other stakeholders.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of Coca-Cola production lines. The role involves managing maintenance activities, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities
ProductionAchieve target line efficiency and readiness for production.
Enhance machine utilization in line with maintenance KPIs.
Autonomous MaintenanceCreate lubrication maps and plans for production lines.
Conduct audits on lubrication log execution monthly.
Develop inspection lists and autonomous maintenance schedules (inspection, lubrication, tightening).
TroubleshootingLead investigations into major line breakdowns (30 minutes or more).
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring technical issues.
Mentor shift leaders and machine operators in troubleshooting processes.
Preventive MaintenanceDevelop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance actions based on RCA findings.
Audit compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.
Planned Maintenance/OverhaulAssess, schedule, and execute planned maintenance for production lines.
Prepare spare parts lists and ensure availability before maintenance.
Oversee CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) to ensure stable line restart.
Predictive MaintenanceManage and monitor predictive maintenance (PDM) systems to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Spare Parts ManagementMaintain minimum and maximum stock levels for spare parts.
Develop a list of critical spare parts and ensure timely availability.
Coordinate with procurement to order and inspect spare parts according to technical specifications.
Team LeadershipServe as onboarding mentor for newly appointed Mechanical SMEs and PM Technicians.
Coach team members across maintenance activities.
Other ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance circles as part of the plant’s PM agenda.
Meet all plant audit KPIs (AIB, TPM, GESMS).
Adhere to all quality, food safety, and EHS standards.Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
