Job Summary:
Take charge of quality control throughout garment production, ensuring materials and finished products meet Laide Fash’s high standards and delight customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set and enforce quality rules for fabrics and garments
• Check materials and oversee production quality
• Run audits on durability, colorfastness, and performance
• Assess and handle supplier quality
• Review production data to boost quality
• Train tailors on quality processes
• Give feedback to design and production teams
Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Must live on Lagos Island (no accommodation provided)
• Must be able to sew
• HND/BSc in Fashion or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager
• Deep knowledge of garment construction and textiles
• Sharp eye for detail, team player, excellent communication skills
