Job Description:
The Assistant Brand Manager – Design & Innovation serves as the link between marketing strategy and visual execution. The role focuses on enhancing consumer engagement and market appeal across packaging, social media, in-store visibility, and digital platforms.This position is key in transforming creative ideas into impactful brand visuals, packaging, campaigns, and design-led innovations. It drives visual storytelling, brand design strategy, and concept development in line with UAC Foods’ business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Design Conceptualization: Translate marketing strategies into creative concepts and visual solutions for new products and innovations.
Develop Brand Visual Identity: Create packaging, trade assets, promotional materials, and collaterals to strengthen shelf appeal and consumer engagement.
Create Social & Digital Content: Design engaging creatives for social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital storytelling, including motion graphics and 3D animations.
Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all communication channels.
Drive Trend Integration: Keep the brand fresh and relevant by staying ahead of consumer and design trends.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to align design with business objectives.
Manage Agencies & Vendors: Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, and content producers to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.
Project Management: Handle multiple design projects, integrate feedback, and deliver to brand standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:B.Sc. or HND in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years’ proven experience in graphic design, brand development, or visual communication (preferably in FMCG or agency setting).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma).
Strong grasp of design principles and brand architecture.
Experience in packaging and label design.
Skilled in social media creative strategy.
Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D animation, and storyboarding.
Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and aesthetics.2. HSE Officer

The HSE Officer supports the execution of UAC Foods’ Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategies across factories and operations. This role ensures compliance with HSE standards, conducts safety inspections, audits, and drills, and assists with incident investigations and risk assessments. It also involves facilitating HSE training programs to strengthen workplace safety culture.Key Responsibilities:
Collate and maintain HSE data and reports.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports.
Track HSE performance metrics to drive improvements.
Enforce strict compliance with HSE policies and legal requirements.
Serve as the point of contact during compliance visits and inspections.
Implement corrective actions based on audit and inspection findings.
Conduct employee awareness programs on HSE procedures, hazardous monitoring, and equipment use.
Coordinate safety drills for fire and emergency preparedness.
Manage waste evacuation in line with schedules and environmental standards.
Drive sustainability programs to minimize environmental impact.
Monitor effluent treatment plants (ETP) for regulatory compliance.

Ensure contractors comply with HSE policies and legal standards.
Conduct safety briefings, audits, and risk assessments for employees and contractors.

2–3 years’ relevant HSE experience.
