Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
Act as an HR Business Partner, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Manage industrial relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering positive workplace relationships.
Coach and influence stakeholders to drive a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Lead or contribute to HR projects, applying strong project management skills.
Address challenges with a solution-oriented approach, demonstrating tenacity and adaptability.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in the Social Sciences.
2–3 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in an industrial setting.
CIPD certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
Excellent influencing, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-based approach.
Proven project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Flexible and open to change, with a tenacious approach to achieving results.
