What You’ll Need:

A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (preferred).

Minimum of 4 years of on-site monitoring experience in clinical research.

A combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Strong knowledge and application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.

Familiarity with therapeutic areas and protocol requirements (as covered in company training).

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools including laptops, iPhones, and iPads.
