Job Title: Inventory & Website Officer
Location: Tradefair Market, Lagos, Nigeria
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: ₦120,000/month

The Inventory & Website Officer will oversee product records, inventory updates, and online listings, ensuring seamless operations across ERP systems and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to support the organization’s digital and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product records on ERP systems and the company’s website to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Record purchases and maintain up-to-date inventory data to support operational efficiency.
Create and update product listings on online platforms, optimizing descriptions and visuals for customer engagement.
Monitor stock levels across physical and digital platforms to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Process and fulfill online orders promptly, ensuring a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

Proven experience in inventory management and e-commerce operations, ideally in a retail or market setting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or SAP) and website management tools (e.g., Shopify or WooCommerce).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex data and workflows.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and vendors effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic analytics tools is a plus.
