Position: Inventory Officer
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock records, ensure timely documentation, and support seamless inventory operations. You’ll also work closely with procurement, suppliers, and operations to ensure accuracy and availability of inventory at all times.

Key Responsibilities
1. Receive, store, and issue goods; manage stock levels and supplies
2. Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
3. Reconcile physical stock with system records to ensure accuracy
4. Match supply invoices with purchase orders
5. Source and evaluate supplier quotes
6. Remove obsolete or excess inventory items
7. Track receipts and item issuance to avoid stock discrepancies
8. Supervise offloading and proper organization of goods
9. Regularly update the inventory database with new stock
10 Inspect incoming items for quality compliance and reject non-conforming items
11. Keep bin cards updated and maintain secure storage of asset keys
12. Retrieve items from storage upon proper request documentation
13. Provide regular reports to management as requested

Requirements
1. HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse management
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
5. High proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
6. Solid understanding of inventory control principles
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
