Equity Specialist Hospital and Diagnostic Center, a leading healthcare provider committed to excellence, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services by supporting our workforce through strategic HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and relevant regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the healthcare industry.
Manage employee records, benefits administration, and HR-related documentation.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Support organizational goals by addressing HR challenges with innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a healthcare setting (mandatory).
Practical knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and its application in the workplace.
Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management tools.
Experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
