Job Title: Virtual Banker, Africa China Banking (ACB)

Job Description
The Virtual Banker will play a key role in resolving customer complaints and complex queries for Africa China Banking clients, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience. This role requires strict adherence to complaint management and dispute resolution processes to reduce reputational risk and customer attrition.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: B.Sc in Social Sciences or a related field.
Added Advantage: Master’s degree or professional certifications.

Experience:

1–3 years in Operations, Channel, Call Centre, Helpdesk, Service Support, or Project Implementation/Management.
Experience in Telecommunications Support.
Good understanding of Stanbic IBTC products and services.
Knowledge of credit procedures, policies, and standards.

Skills:

Proficiency in Mandarin (required).
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
