Role Overview
We’re looking for a Retail Store Associate who’s passionate about fashion and customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage both in-store and WhatsApp sales, assist customers with styling advice, and ensure the store remains welcoming and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and styling recommendations.
Handle sales in-store and via WhatsApp with professionalism.
Maintain accurate sales and inventory records using POS systems.
Keep the store tidy, visually appealing, and well-stocked.
Support team members in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum of HND qualification.
1+ year experience in retail, fashion, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with POS systems, WhatsApp sales, and basic computer use.
Reliable, organized, and genuinely passionate about fashion.
