Job Overview:
Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage the MD’s schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD’s diary, prioritizing key meetings and building flexibility into the schedule.
• Organize external visits, meetings, speaking engagements, and coordinate briefing materials.
• Arrange travel and accommodation while managing budgets and schedules.
• Prepare letters, reports, and other documents.
• Screen incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Review, distribute, and respond to incoming correspondence; follow up as necessary.
• Manage and organize general administration tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

First Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any Management Science or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous.
Proficient with internet use and other electronic office equipment.
Preferably male.
