About the Role
Flying Doctors Nigeria is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communication Executive to help shape and amplify our brand voice. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, driving marketing campaigns, and building consistent communication across digital and traditional platforms.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a strong storytelling ability, digital marketing experience, and a desire to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility

Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and press materials

Manage and analyze digital campaigns across SEO, social media, and paid ads

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging

Track marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights

Manage branding guidelines and ensure all communications align with brand identity

Lead communication efforts around new launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives

Support PR and media outreach efforts when required
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management

Industry experience in healthcare, tech, or consulting is a strong advantage

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of content examples

Proficiency with digital marketing tools: SEO, Google Analytics, social media, and email marketing

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Creative and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
