About the Role
Sunlight Resources Limited is seeking an experienced and resourceful IT Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day IT operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring efficient IT service delivery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure across departments

Monitor systems and resolve issues proactively to prevent downtime

Ensure timely installation and configuration of new systems or updates

Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and support

Support data security protocols and backup procedures

Assist with IT planning, documentation, and policy compliance
Requirements
-
BSc or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Professional certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are a strong advantage

3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector (this is mandatory)

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues

Strong technical and logical problem-solving abilities

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Clear communication skills and professional demeanor

Smart, proactive, and confident under pressure
