- 5+ years proven experience in hospitality management

- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel/restaurant/venue operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain customers
