Hiring: Business Development Officer (Lekki)

Location: Ikate, Lekki
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday (one weekday off)
Salary: ₦200,000 + Bonus

A fast-growing kids’ fashion and accessories brand is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive sales, lead the team, and strengthen both online and offline brand presence.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
Lead and motivate sales representatives while building strong customer loyalty
Identify new business opportunities and execute promotional campaigns
Represent the brand at events and external engagements

Requirements
BSc, HND, or OND with 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development (experience in fashion is an advantage)
Strong digital marketing and communication skills
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
Must reside in or around Ikate, Lekki
Female candidates preferred
