Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets in the region.
Build and foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.
Leverage regional knowledge to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Manage sales and distribution channels to ensure efficient product delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
Collaborate with farmers, customers, and stakeholders to connect local markets with global supply chains.
Qualifications and Requirements
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification industry experience.
Proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the agri-business or related sectors.
Strong aptitude for sales, with a natural proficiency in handling numbers and data analysis.
In-depth knowledge of the geography, demographics, and market dynamics of the Port Harcourt region.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results under pressure.
