Position: HR Intern
Join our Human Resources team as an intern and gain valuable experience in recruitment, employee records management, and HR operations. You will work directly under the HR Partner and contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient HR unit.

Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and document interview outcomes
2. Maintain employee databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
3. Scan, organize, and digitize employee documents and credentials
4. Assist in developing and documenting HR standards and procedures
5. Support daily HR administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
To qualify for this internship, you must:

1. Have a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, or related field
2. Have 1 year or less of HR-related work experience
3. Maintain confidentiality and build trust with team members
4. Be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
5. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
7. Be familiar with labor laws and general HR practices
8. Have basic IT and data management skills
