Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Corporate Services & Sustainability Officer (CCSSO). This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and execution of key corporate priorities.Key Responsibilities
Executive SupportManage the CCSSO’s calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and coordinate reports, speeches, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Project & Portfolio CoordinationTrack and monitor key deliverables, KPIs, and deadlines.
Support cross-functional initiatives and follow up on action items.
Maintain dashboards and reports for Corporate Services and Sustainability.
Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementLiaise with internal teams, Board members, regulators, and partners.
Support sustainability, ESG, and risk-related programs.
Ensure seamless communication between the CCSSO’s office and stakeholders.
Operational & Administrative ExcellenceMaintain effective filing and recordkeeping systems.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Oversee expense management and ensure compliance with internal policies.Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
5–7 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior management.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, sustainability/ESG, and risk management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills, discretion, integrity, and problem-solving ability.Key Competencies
