      1. Corporate Finance Specialist
      Specifications:

      Job Description
      We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Specialist to support the company’s financial strategies across funding, capital structure management, M&A, and advisory initiatives. The role also ensures compliance with debt covenants while maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.

      Key Responsibilities
      Funding & Capital Structure

      Evaluate, structure, and execute debt/equity financing transactions.
      Support capital structure strategies to optimize cost of capital.
      Build financial models and scenario analyses to guide funding decisions.
      Maintain strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial partners.
      Financial Advisory & Strategic Projects

      Provide analysis and decision support on investment proposals and capital allocation.
      Conduct valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
      Prepare presentations for internal committees, executives, and the board.
      Support cross-functional teams in planning, modeling, and forecasting.
      Mergers & Acquisitions

      Assist in identifying and executing M&A and partnership opportunities.
      Manage due diligence, integration planning, and financial modeling.
      Coordinate with advisors, legal, and internal stakeholders during transactions.
      Covenant Compliance & Reporting

      Monitor compliance with debt facility covenants.
      Prepare covenant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
      Support audits, lender reviews, and financial closings.
      Maintain documentation and internal controls for financing agreements.

      Qualifications & Requirements
      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
      Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
      Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
      Knowledge of capital markets, debt/equity instruments, and financial structuring.
      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work with senior management.
      Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.

      2. Automation Manager

      Required Qualifications: BA / BSc / HND in Electrical/Automation Engineering (Professional certification is a plus)

      Job Description
      We are hiring a highly skilled Automation Manager to oversee automation and instrumentation across Dangote Group’s production facilities. This role requires expertise in managing advanced industrial systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safety of operations.

      Key Duties & Responsibilities
      Conduct checks on Siemens Automation panels, UPS, and systems.
      Troubleshoot automation PCS issues.
      Safeguard automation spares, prepare PRs, and ensure proper follow-ups.
      Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and system drawings.
      Keep records of breakdowns, stoppages, and automation issues.
      Oversee communication systems (PLC panels, CCR PC cabinet, fiber optics, etc.).
      Configure operator station PCs and manage QCX Automation equipment.
      Maintain Gamma Matrix (CBX), PXP system, Robo-Lab automation, and ARL (X-Ray) machines.
      Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless plant operations.

      Qualifications & Requirements
      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering (or related field).
      Minimum 18 years’ experience in automation management, with at least 9 years in a modern cement plant.
      Proven expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other industrial control systems.
      Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and IoT applications.
      Professional certifications in automation or instrumentation preferred.
