      1. Anxiety: Anxiety is more than just feeling nervous. It’s when worry or fear becomes overwhelming, affecting daily life. It can make people feel constantly on edge, struggle to focus, or even experience physical symptoms like a racing heart.

      2. Depression: Depression isn’t just sadness. It can drain your energy, make you lose interest in things you once loved, and create a sense of hopelessness. It impacts not only your mood but your overall well-being, making it hard to function.

      3. Bipolar Disorder: Bipolar disorder involves extreme mood swings, from highs (mania) to lows (depression). It can be challenging, but with the right support and treatment, many people manage it well and lead fulfilling lives.

      4. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): OCD causes unwanted thoughts that can make someone feel the need to perform certain actions repeatedly, like checking or cleaning, to ease their anxiety. It’s about more than being a “perfectionist”—it’s a real struggle.

      5. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): PTSD can develop after a traumatic experience. Flashbacks, nightmares, and heightened anxiety are common, but with help, many people find ways to heal and move forward.

Learning about these conditions helps break down stigma and reminds us that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness
