Society often glorifies the “grind”, late nights, endless hustling, and constant sacrifice. Struggle is worn as a badge of honor, proof that one is pushing hard enough. Yet, when success finally comes, many feel uneasy, as if they don’t deserve rest or stability without another uphill battle.

This raises the question: are we addicted to the struggle more than the success itself? Perhaps the chase gives a sense of identity, while the destination feels unfamiliar or even empty. In a world where productivity is equated with worth, success without struggle can almost feel meaningless.

Maybe true growth requires us to redefine success, not just as survival through struggle, but as the ability to embrace ease, peace, and fulfillment without guilt.
